By accessing and using NEOX HUB (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and NEOX HUB. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

NEOX HUB and all associated scripts, code, designs, logos, trademarks, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by NEOX HUB and its creators.

Prohibited Actions

• You may NOT copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any NEOX HUB scripts or content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software is strictly prohibited
• Creating derivative works or unauthorized modifications is not permitted
• Removing or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings is forbidden
• Using NEOX HUB branding or logos without explicit written permission is prohibited

03Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with the following guidelines when using NEOX HUB:

Your Responsibilities

• Use NEOX HUB responsibly and at your own risk
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Respect the rights and dignity of other players and users
• Use the service only for its intended purpose
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access keys

Prohibited Uses

• Do not use our services to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players
• Avoid actions that could damage game servers, infrastructure, or disrupt services
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Do not share, sell, or distribute your access keys with others
• Do not use NEOX HUB for any commercial purposes without authorization
• Do not automate access to our services using bots or scripts

04Disclaimers & Liability

No Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Any information obtained through the service will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

NEOX HUB and its creators, developers, and affiliates are NOT responsible or liable for:

• Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by Roblox or any other platform
• Loss of in-game progress, items, currency, or achievements
• System crashes, data loss, or technical issues arising from use of the service
• Actions taken by third-party platforms, services, or networks
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses

Assumption of Risk

By using NEOX HUB, you acknowledge that you use the service entirely at your own risk. You understand and accept that the use of script executors and modifications in online games may violate platform terms of service and result in consequences including but not limited to account termination.

05Key System & Access

Access to NEOX HUB requires a valid key obtained through our official key generation system.

Key Requirements

• Time-Limited Access: Keys are time-limited and typically expire after 10 hours of generation
• Personal Use Only: Keys are for personal use only and are non-transferable
• HWID Binding: Each key is bound to your Hardware ID (HWID) for security purposes
• One Active Key: Only one key can be active per user at any given time

Key Generation Rules

• You must complete the verification process to obtain a valid key
• Key generation is limited to prevent abuse and ensure fair access
• Automated key generation attempts will result in temporary or permanent blocks
• Keys obtained through unofficial sources are invalid and may compromise your security

Prohibited Key Activities

• Key sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited
• Selling or trading keys is forbidden and may result in blacklisting
• Attempting to bypass the key system is a violation of these Terms
• Using multiple keys simultaneously is not permitted

Key Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke or invalidate keys at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abuse of the key system or service
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of keys
• Security concerns or suspicious activity
• Technical issues or system maintenance

06Third-Party Advertisements

Advertisement Acknowledgment

By using our key generation system and viewing advertisements, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Age Restrictions

• You must be 18 years or older to use the key generation system
• If you are under 18, you must have explicit parental or guardian consent and supervision
• Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' use of the service

Third-Party Content

• No Control: NEOX HUB does NOT control, select, or endorse the content displayed in third-party advertisements
• External Networks: Advertisements are provided by external advertising networks beyond our control
• Variable Content: Ad content may vary based on your geographic location, browsing history, and advertiser targeting
• Not Vetted: We do not review or approve individual advertisements before they are displayed

Content Warning

Third-party advertisements may include, but are not limited to:

• Adult-oriented content and mature themes
• Dating services and relationship platforms
• Gambling, casino, and betting advertisements
• Pharmaceutical and health products
• Financial services and investment opportunities
• Other content that may be considered inappropriate for minors

No Liability for Advertisements

NEOX HUB explicitly disclaims all responsibility and liability for:

• The content, accuracy, or quality of third-party advertisements
• Any products, services, or offers promoted in advertisements
• Damages, losses, or consequences resulting from interaction with advertisements
• The business practices of advertisers or advertising networks
• Data collection practices of third-party advertisers
• Offensive, misleading, or fraudulent advertisement content

User Responsibility and Safety

When viewing and interacting with advertisements, users should:

• Never Provide Personal Information: Do not share credit card numbers, passwords, social security numbers, or other sensitive information through advertisements
• Avoid Suspicious Downloads: Do not download software, files, or applications from advertisements unless you trust the source
• Exercise Caution: Be skeptical of offers that seem too good to be true or request unusual actions
• Report Concerns: If you encounter illegal, extremely offensive, or malicious advertisement content, please report it to us via Discord
• Use Privacy Settings: Consider using the key system in a private setting if concerned about advertisement visibility
• Ad Blockers: While we understand concerns about advertisements, using ad blockers prevents us from providing free access to NEOX HUB

Why We Use Advertisements

NEOX HUB displays advertisements to:

• Maintain completely free access to our services for all users
• Cover operational costs including servers, development, and maintenance
• Continue providing regular updates and new features
• Keep our key system simple with minimal checkpoints (typically just one)

Reporting Issues

If you encounter advertisements that contain illegal content, malware or phishing attempts, extreme or shocking content beyond typical adult themes, or content that violates our advertiser policies, please report it immediately to our support team via Discord with a screenshot and description. We will work with our advertising partners to address legitimate concerns.

07Updates & Modifications

NEOX HUB is continuously updated and improved to provide the best possible experience for our users.

Service Updates

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality at any time without prior notice
• Updates may be released to improve security, add features, or fix bugs
• Some updates may change how the service operates or appears
• We are not obligated to provide support for older versions of the service

Terms Updates

• These Terms of Service may be updated, modified, or revised at any time
• Changes to Terms will be effective immediately upon posting
• Your continued use of NEOX HUB after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
• Major changes will be announced via our Discord server when possible
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically

Supported Games

The list of supported games may change at any time based on game updates that affect compatibility, user demand, development priorities, and technical feasibility.

Final Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NEOX HUB regarding the use of our service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Our separate Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your data.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
