Executor Name - The name of the executor software you use to access NEOX HUB, collected for compatibility tracking and service improvements

How We Use Your Data

Authenticate your access to NEOX HUB
Validate and manage your access keys
Prevent unauthorized use, key sharing, and abuse
Detect and prevent fraudulent activity and multiple account creation
Monitor for suspicious patterns and security threats
Enforce rate limits and prevent key system abuse

Privacy Commitment: We collect ONLY your Hardware ID (HWID), IP Address, and Executor Name. We do NOT collect any other personal information such as your name, email, physical location, browsing history, or any personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above. We do NOT sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. All collected data is encrypted and stored securely in our protected databases with industry-standard security measures.

IP Address Usage

Your IP address is used specifically to:

Prevent automated key generation and bot attacks
Enforce fair usage policies and rate limiting
Detect and block malicious activity and VPN/proxy abuse
Prevent creation of multiple accounts to bypass key limits
Identify geographic regions for service optimization (without storing precise location)
Comply with legal requirements and respond to valid legal requests

Executor Name Usage

We collect your executor name to:

Ensure compatibility with supported executor platforms
Track which executors are most commonly used by our community
Optimize our scripts for specific executor environments

We retain your data for as long as necessary to:

Inactive accounts and associated data may be purged after extended periods of inactivity, typically after 12 months.

You may NOT copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any NEOX HUB scripts or content
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software is strictly prohibited
Creating derivative works or unauthorized modifications is not permitted
Removing or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings is forbidden
Using NEOX HUB branding or logos without explicit written permission is prohibited

Warning: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of NEOX HUB intellectual property may result in immediate and permanent account termination, legal action, and civil or criminal penalties.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Roblox Terms of Service: While using NEOX HUB, you remain subject to Roblox's Terms of Service. NEOX HUB is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by Roblox. Use at your own discretion.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

Important Disclaimer: NEOX HUB is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any defects or errors will be corrected
The service will meet your specific requirements
Any information obtained through the service will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

NEOX HUB and its creators, developers, and affiliates are NOT responsible or liable for:

Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by Roblox or any other platform
Loss of in-game progress, items, currency, or achievements
System crashes, data loss, or technical issues arising from use of the service
Actions taken by third-party platforms, services, or networks
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses

Assumption of Risk

By using NEOX HUB, you acknowledge that you use the service entirely at your own risk. You understand and accept that the use of script executors and modifications in online games may violate platform terms of service and result in consequences including but not limited to account termination.

Release of Liability: You agree to hold NEOX HUB, its creators, developers, affiliates, and related parties harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service.

6. Key System & Access

Access to NEOX HUB requires a valid key obtained through our official key generation system.

Key Requirements

Time-Limited Access: Keys are time-limited and typically expire after 10 hours of generation
Personal Use Only: Keys are for personal use only and are non-transferable
HWID Binding: Each key is bound to your Hardware ID (HWID) for security purposes
One Active Key: Only one key can be active per user at any given time

Key Generation Rules

You must complete the verification process to obtain a valid key
Key generation is limited to prevent abuse and ensure fair access
Automated key generation attempts will result in temporary or permanent blocks
Keys obtained through unofficial sources are invalid and may compromise your security

Prohibited Key Activities

Key sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited
Selling or trading keys is forbidden and may result in blacklisting
Attempting to bypass the key system is a violation of these Terms
Using multiple keys simultaneously is not permitted

HWID Management: Need to use NEOX HUB on a different device? Visit our License Management page at /license.html to reset your HWID. This allows you to unbind your key from your current device and rebind it to a new one. HWID resets are subject to reasonable limits to prevent abuse.

Key Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke or invalidate keys at any time for the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Abuse of the key system or service
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of keys
Security concerns or suspicious activity
Technical issues or system maintenance

7. Third-Party Advertisements Disclaimer

?? CRITICAL NOTICE: Our key generation system displays third-party advertisements to provide free access to NEOX HUB. Some of these advertisements may contain adult content (18+), mature themes, or other potentially inappropriate material.

Advertisement Acknowledgment

By using our key generation system and viewing advertisements, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to use the key generation system
If you are under 18, you must have explicit parental or guardian consent and supervision
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' use of the service

Third-Party Content
